Business History:

Thiel Real Estate is one of the area’s oldest family owned
businesses. Currently, there are three family members employed
full-time. The business has spanned over four generations. Many
family members, including fifth generation individuals are active in
some aspect of the business.

Thiel Real Estate and Thiel & Thiel Auctions has been going full-
time since 1919. It is centered on family values while maintaining a
professional atmosphere for each and every client. Thiel Real
Estate strives to do the best in dealing with new and returning
clients in the area of residential, agricultural and commercial real
estate. The business also focuses on doing appraisals by
employing two full-time appraisers. Thiel & Thiel Auctions is
another part of this family run business. Father, son, and
grandsons still take the stage many Saturdays and Sundays to
partake in estate, household and farm auctions.
